We encourage all our guests to research the holiday they plan to book as this would save time and enable us to customise your holiday.
We now offer many itineraries on our website.It is always possible to combine different itineraries into one customised holiday. This may save you money.
Book as early as possible especially if you intend holidaying during christmas time. This will ensure that you are able to get the desired holiday.
Considerations for enquiries in progress
Adventure Lanka Tours prefers to communicate with its clients via email. When required we will telephone you to discuss your holiday further. All enquiries are generally acknowledged and replied within 12 - 24 hours depending on the time of year.
Our booking conditions come into force once you accept our booking invoice and pay a deposit. This is the legal contract between us. However we would urge you to consider the moral contract too. Adventure Lanka tours is a small company and we spend a considerable amount of time tailoring your individual itineraries.
A small minority of individuals request many hours of research and bookings for tailormade holidays and then casually cancel without explanation. Adventure Lanka tours values its customers with higher values and standards which thankfully are adhered to by the majority.

Please call the office number on any weekday between 9.00am - 6.00pm. Generally however you can call the mobile number and UK hotline at any time of the day. If you cannot reach us, please send us an email and we will respond the following morning.
Confirming a booking
Once you have confirmed your booking we will send you an invoice with details of payment. The invoice will also contain details on how you may make payment.
Payment by Credit Card (coming soon)
We now accept credit cards for payment. At present we accept Visa and Mastercard. We will send you instructions on how to access the payment gateway. The payment gateway is directly operated by our bank and uses state of the art 128-bit encryption.
All transactions will be charged 3.5% of the amount paid as processing fee.
Payment via bank transfer
This is quickest and cheapest method of sending us money. Most money transfers reach us in one or two working days. Please note that when sending money transfer charges are to be paid.
